Yoxii (Multi)

To win Yoxii, you must surround the Totem with your strongest pieces.

Each player, in turn, moves the Totem one space and places one of their pieces on the board. Be careful, you can jump over your own pieces to reach more favorable positions.

Yoxii is a powerful abstract game that combines elements of Chess and Go, yet it is unlike either of them. In this abstract and minimalistic universe, you will quickly learn to find attacking positions and defend yourself. Fun is guaranteed!

Each player, in turn, moves the Totem to a directly adjacent free space around it. The same player must then place one of their pieces around the new position of the Totem. The pieces are divided into 4 values. The O is worth 1 point, the II is worth 2 points, the Y is worth 3 points, and the X is worth 4 points. The player who accumulates the highest number of points when the Totem is completely surrounded wins the game. Be aware that players can jump over their own pieces and position themselves where the terrain is most favorable.

Anticipation is key. In this game, everyone will find their own style, strength, and unique tactics. The opening of the game is highly strategic, while the endgame becomes more combinatorial. Who will become the new world champion of this formidable abstract game?
