F-35A Lightning II

The F-35 has three main models, the F-35A employs conventional take-off and landing, the F-35B is used for short take-off and vertical landing, and the F-35C will serve as a carrier. The F-35 models are destined to provide the bulk of tactical air power for the US Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy over the coming decades.
