Champions of Midgard (Eng)

Champions of Midgard is a dice-based worker placement game. Players are Viking clan leaders who defend themselves against the threat of trolls, draugr and other mythological Nordic beasts. By defeating these epic creatures, players win glory and the favour of the gods. When the game ends, the player who has won the most glory wins the title of Jarl and is recognised as the champion of Midgard!

The placement of workers allows the collection of resources and warriors, which players can then send on missions to neighbouring villages or across the sea to defeat monsters and gain the glory they need for victory. Resources are used to discover runes, build ships and feed warriors.
