Description
You embark on an airship with a team of adventurers to make numerous journeys to the cities of Celestia and retrieve their marvelous treasures. Your journey will not be without danger, but you will strive to become the richest adventurer by collecting the most valuable treasures! At the beginning of a journey, all players place their pawn in the airship. Players start the game with 6 (or 8, depending on the number of players) cards in hand.
During each turn, a player becomes the captain and rolls 2 to 4 dice to determine the dangers they must face (fog, lightning, killer birds, or pirates). They must play cards to continue the journey and reach the next city (a compass, a lightning rod, a foghorn, or cannons). Before the captain plays the required cards, each passenger must decide whether to stay or leave the airship: - Getting off ensures the victory points obtained by exploring the city. - Staying means attempting the journey to the next city to retrieve more valuable treasures.
But beware: if the captain is unable to play the right cards, it's a crash! All passengers return empty-handed, and a new journey begins with all players aboard. During their journeys, each explorer can try to make the best of it with the help of fabulous items (a jetpack, astronomy glasses, etc.) or by altering the journey (changing routes or abandoning an explorer in a city). As soon as a player possesses treasures worth 50 points, the game ends.
