At the start of the game, each player chooses a residence, a car and another asset, either a curiosity or a work of art. The time of the game is then determined by the players and added to the timer.

Throughout the game, events will be triggered, allowing players to acquire new goods and expand their collection.

Each player must accumulate the most winnings in dollars and other goods.

The game ends when playing time is up or all real estate is exhausted. The player who finishes with the largest amount wins the game!
